  3. • EasySync uses the file’s modification time and date to determine which file to update.  This helps you maintain the most recent version of your files.  It is therefore important the time on the computers that are used to modify your files should be within a few seconds of each other.  Use the Alarm Clock desk accessory to set the time on each computer.

  5. • Use the Merge or Sync button instead of the Replace button when ever possible so that EasySync can track the file’s modification history.  The next time you Merge or Sync, EasySync will automatically know which file needs updating.
